What if the nails I receive don't fit perfectly?
- If a nail is too big, gently file the sides for a better fit.
- If a nail is too small or curved, you can carefully warm and press it against a smooth surface to adjust the shape.
Will my set look exactly like the product photo?
Yes, the design will be identical. Please note that slight variations may occur as each set is handmade.
Can I request a different nail shape or length?
Yes, most designs can be customized at no extra cost. Please contact us via email before placing your order.
How are the nails applied?
- Push back cuticles and avoid touching nails afterward to prevent oil transfer.
- Buff nail surfaces and clean with an alcohol wipe.
- File press-ons to match your cuticle shape if needed.
- Apply glue or a sticky tab to your natural nail, just under the cuticle.
- Press the fake nail on and hold for 30 seconds.
- Avoid water for 2 hours after application.
How are the nails removed?
- Soak hands in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes.
- Gently loosen each nail with a cuticle pusher; avoid forcing them off.
- Remove glue residue with a file. Specific glue remover may be needed for glue applications.
How long do the nails last?
- Sticky Tabs: Up to 7 days (ideal for temporary wear).
- Nail Glue: Up to 2-3 weeks with proper preparation (re-glue if needed).
Are the nails reusable?
Yes, all nails are reusable if removed carefully.
- With Sticky Tabs: Can be reused multiple times; simply replace the tab.
- With Nail Glue: Can be reused 2-3 times. Gently file off old glue from the underside and clean with alcohol wipes after removal.
How can I make the nails last longer?
- Avoid water for 2 hours after application.
- Avoid cuticle oil immediately after application.
- Wear gloves for chores like washing dishes.
- Do not use nails as tools (e.g., opening packages).
- Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water.
- Do not trim the press-ons, as this can damage the top coat.
- Store nails properly in their box.
What if I lose a nail?
Replacement nails are available. Please contact us if you lose one or more nails from your set.
Why does my order take time to process?
All nails are handmade and made-to-order. Processing takes 2-3 weeks as each set can require 3-5 hours to create, depending on the design complexity.
